Product Information
Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of
all products. However, these may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Sizes are given as a guide only. Please be aware that handmade items are subject to variations in size, colour and shape, owing to the unique nature of the product.
All items are offered subject to availability. The information displayed is considered as an invitation, not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods. Prices include tax if applicable.
Postage and packaging is an additional charge, please see postage and packaging section.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax.
Payment
You can order and pay online by Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron or Solo secured by Sagepay. You undertake that all details you provide for the purpose of ordering or purchasing goods are correct and that the credit or debit card you are using is your own. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform York Minster Enterprises Limited as soon as possible.
Your contract for purchases through the site is with York Minster Enterprises Ltd.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all goods within 5 working days of receipt of your order. However, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Please note delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
If you are ordering for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes. Such taxes will be payable when the goods reach their destination. The liability for payment of such custom duties rest solely with you and York Minster Enterprises Limited has no control or liability for them.
We shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control.
Returns Policy
If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately. If you do not receive damaged goods but are not satisfied with you purchase for whatever reason you are able to cancel your order provided we receive written notice of your cancellation and you return the goods in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory right to a 7 day cooling off period starting from the date of receiving the goods. Please securely package and return the item to the address given in contact us. We recommend the goods be returned by recorded delivery.
We will not be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless they are faulty or delivered in error.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation and return of the goods in their original condition we will refund the cost of the goods together with the normal delivery charge. We will provide the refund within 30 days from the receipt of notice of cancellation and return of goods in their original condition.
Damage to Your Computer
York Minster Enterprises Ltd makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects; however we cannot guarantee that the website is virus-free and secure.
We shall not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a result of any virus or breach of security. We give no warranties as to the compatibility of the website with your computer system, software or hardware.
Password/Account Security
It is your responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. York Minster Enterprises Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

We respect the privacy of all our customers and take great care with the information we obtain. Your personal data will not be passed onto third parties.
